Transportation

• Airplane: 8 pax + luggage, economic class permitted.
• Train: 8 pax (including luggage). 2 compartment for 4 person, or 4 compartment for 2 person.
• Bus - 8 pax.
• For European tours: self-transfer by cars is possible (2 cars), ensurance, transit visas, transportation and additional accomodation costs compensation required.

Accomodation

• Double rooms. Hotel - 3* or more.
• Meals: Half-board or full board

Concerts, Press-conferences, Radio/TV-shows.

• Frequency - not more than 2 per day. Every hour - 15-minute break. Not less than one day-off per week
• Duration: not more than 6 hours at once.
• Start time: next day uponon arrival, if the trip took more than one day. Otherwise - evening time is preferred. Soundcheck is not necessary if no electronic equipment installed.

Concert site demands.

• Fortepiano required.
• Electronic equipment should correspond to the concert site.
• All the band (8 men) should have enough space on stage. In good weather outdoor concerts allowed.
